How to Disable Google +1

1. Sign in at Google.com, entering your user name and password.

2. Go to Profiles.google.com and click on the '+1' tab on your profile. Click the 'X' next to any of the recommendations to remove them from your list.

3. Browse to Profiles.google.com/+1/personalization/ if you want to completely disable the Google +1 service. Click the radio button next to 'Disable' and then click the 'Save' button.
