Options for Google Adsense

Content

AdSense for content allows you to place both text and image ads on your website. You set up the size of the space that you want to dedicate to ads and Google will serve the number of ads that fit in that space. You have the option to include text ads, which are three lines of basic text, and link ads, which take users to a series of advertisements based on the word.

Search

When a user searches in Google, he receives ads on the right-hand side and sometimes at the top. You can set up your site to allow users to search through the content on your site using Google's search engine. You will earn revenue if the user clicks on one of the ads.

Feeds

Your users may sign up to receive feeds of your latest updates. Through the AdSense program, you can sign up to have ads put into your feeds. When you update your content, this will show up in your user's reader--such as My Yahoo!--and deliver ads at the same time.

Domains

If you've purchased a domain name, but haven't started using it, you could be losing money. If someone happens to go to that domain name, they'll get an error message. Instead, you could use Google's AdSense for domains to list ads on your domain.

Mobile Sites

More and more companies are converting their traditional websites to make them accessible from mobile devices. Through AdSense for mobile sites, you can serve up smaller ads alongside your mobile content.
