1. Research the sites that pay writers for page views. Start by looking at the resources section below. Many sites pay writers for content. Some want writers to apply, others allow anyone to simply sign up. Complete the sign up process for a couple of these sites.
2. Learn the basics of search engine optimization. This includes thinking about what people search for online. Pick a keyword someone might search for and write an article including that keyword a few times. Becoming a SEO expert isn't a requirement, but the more people that find your articles through the searches means more money for page views.
3. Write a quality article at least 400 to 500 words and submit it one of the sites you signed up for in step 1.
4. Proofread the article for any mistakes. Often the content sites themselves don't edit your work closely meaning mistakes slip through.
5. Use social media sites like Twitter and Facebook to market your work and drive more visitors for higher page views.
