Box information into the appropriate parts of the form and click 'Save Changes.' Google's system will likely accept the new changes. Box number as the second address with just a number, i.e. 111 Main Street (the actual street address of the United States Post Office where you have a P.O. Box.), #99, Small Town, State, Zip Code.

Box and sign up to get payments with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Western Union.

How to Make Money With Incentive Freebie Websites

1. Choose a catchy domain name and hire a reputable hosting company. Your domain name must be something easy to remember. The best freebie incentive domain names also center around a theme, such as CashDuck or GangsterGreed. The theme will lend itself to a cool logo that members are sure to remember.

2. Hire an individual or a company to create a custom script for you that goes along with your site's theme. The script must be able to allow you to input and manage all offers, manage your members, keep track of completed offers, send payments and send out emails to the members. You can find a freelance script writer from eLance, Odesk or FSRevolution.

3. Retain an affiliate manager. Affiliate managers keep track of companies that are willing to pay for completed offers or gathered personal information. For example, Company X may be willing to pay $1.00 for every name and email address collected when someone signs up with its website. You may offer your members $.50 for completing this task so that you can pocket the other $.50. It isn't profitable to take the time to search out hundreds of these companies yourself when an affiliate manager can do it for you in a matter of minutes. PointClickTrack and Adscend Media both offer this type of service.

4. Place Google Adsense ads on your website before you make it live. Once your freebie incentive website gains recognition, you will be able to get paid advertisements on your site for additional income. This is above the income you will be receiving from the completed incentives. A Google Adsense account is free.

5. Advertise your freebie incentive websites through Google Adwords, article marketing and by placing a link in your signature on like-minded forums. The key is to get your site noticed. Holding a referral contest is also an effective way to increase your beginning membership. Offer a gift card to the member with the highest number of referrals.

How to Make Money from Pay Per Click

1. Decide on an advertiser. Google Adsense is probably the most common method of earning money from pay per click but there are others through Yahoo as well as Chitka, Microsoft Ad Center, Kontera and Infolinks. Rates vary by provider. Ads are placed through a snippet of code on your webpage. The code uses the words on your page to display ads automatically. Ad selection and relation to those keywords vary by advertiser. The closer the ads are to the content of the webpage, the higher the clickthrough ratio.

2. Choose a niche that earns a reasonable amount per click. Go to Google Adsense Keyword Traffic Estimator tool. Search for keyword phrases that relate to your niche. You can find out what phrases have the higher pay rate. For example, 'dog food' pays about $3 per click, while 'get rid of credit card debt' pays double that and 'budget golf' pays less than $1. Many people on the Internet are searching for the solution to a problem such as getting rid of credit card debt, losing weight, quitting smoking and getting rid of acne. Profitable pay per click niches address those problems by providing content related to getting rid of the problem. When the visitor wants more information, the hope is they'll click on an ad.

3. Set up a blog or website using your keyword phrase as the domain of the site. If you don't want to get involved with your own hosted site, use a free blog such as blogger.com or sites that share revenue, such as Hubspot.com or Busika.com. Be warned that some sites only use Google Adsense, you won't have a choice of advertiser. Post to your blog or website using various keyword phrases as the title of the blog posts. Include the keyword phrase once in every paragraph of about 100 words.

4. Drive traffic to your blog or website. Target the traffic, so the visitors who come already have an interest in finding the solution to their problem. Visit and participate in forums and discussion boards with a link to your blog in your signature. Write articles related to your blog and post them online with a link to your blog. Someone reading the article will be enticed to visit your blog and then click on a link.

How to Set Up Google Adsense

1. Create a blog or website if you don't already have one. Make sure you have some good content on the site and that all of your links are working before you apply for a Google Adsense account.

2. Go to the Google Adsense application page (see Resources). Fill out the application. You will need to include information about the website or blog that you want the ads on.

3. Click on the link in the confirmation email that Google will send you once you submit your application. Then you will need to wait until Google approves or denies your application.

4. Log in to your Google Adsense account as soon as you are approved. There you will be able to choose the size of your ads, text color and background color. Make sure you choose the colors that will match your website or blog.

5. Copy the code provided to you once you have customized the ads you want. Paste the code in to your blog or website template based on where you want the ads placed (side bar, top of the page, bottom of the page). You may need to understand some HTML to do this depending on the type of blog or website you have.

6. Save your changes and view your website or blog. Don't be scared if public service announcement ads show up on your site. These are displayed for a day or two until Google crawls your site and determines what the appropriate ads should be. You won't start making money until the customized ads begin appearing, but it won't take long.

Why Has My Google Mail Been Disabled?

Using POP Or IMAP

Mail software programs such as Outlook and Apple Mail use protocols called POP and IMAP to download messages from Internet email accounts. If you download, receive or delete large amounts of mail in a short period of time with one of these programs, this can appear to Google like someone is using your account for illicit activity like sending spam. You know that this is the case if you receive the error message 'Lockdown in Sector 4.' Wait for about 24 hours, and you should be able to access your account again.

Multiple Undeliverable Messages

If you are sending many messages that bounce back to you, this can appear to Google like someone is trying to send spam from your account. Google may reinstate your account after reviewing your activity, or it may be permanently disabled if you are violating Gmail Terms of Use.

Suspicious Programs, Extensions And Behavior

File-sharing or file-storing software, third party software and browser extensions that automatically log in to your Gmail account can look suspicious because it may appear like an automated program is using your account for illicit purposes. You might also accidentally disable your account for the same reason if you have Gmail open in multiple windows at once. If you are not engaging in suspicious activity, account access should be restored within 24 hours.

Browser Problems

It is possible that you are not experiences problems with Gmail itself but your browser is unable to access your account. If it repeatedly reloads when you try to access your account, the problem is with the browser. To address this problem, install any updates from your browser's manufacturer, and clear your cache and cookies. If you are not sure how to do this, refer to 'Help' or 'Support' from your browser. If all else fails, try accessing your account with a different browser.

Account Compromised

It is possible that someone is using your account without your permission to perform illicit activities. If this is the case, Google can reinstate your access to your account by helping you reset your password.

Policy Violation

Google may permanently disable your account if you did, in fact, violate Gmail Terms of Use. If you did not violate the Terms of Use and believe that your account was disabled by mistake, contact Google for assistance.

How To Make Money Per Hit on a Website

1. Sign up for a pay-per-hit or 'CPM' ad network. (CPM refers to 'cost per mille,' or the rate you'll receive per 1,000 ad views.) Items to consider include the rate paid per 1,000 views and the minimum income necessary to earn before you'll be paid. Consult the ProBlogger link in the Resources section below for a list of 12 CPM providers that will serve up advertising on your site just like Google Adsense.

2. Decide where you'd like to add CPM advertising on your website. If you already have successful banner ads, affiliate links or pay-per-click ads on your site, you may not to displace them for (generally) lower-paying CPM ads. However, CPM ads can be an easy addition to an established website or a simply way to start advertising on your website from the very first day.

3. Add the CPM provider's html code to your website in the appropriate places in your code. Your ad provider will provide the necessary coding to automatically pull ads from their database onto your site--simply follow their installation instructions to display your new ads in the intended places on your site.

4. Log into your CPM network account periodically to track how your advertising is performing. Of course, the more visitors you have, the more your ads will be viewed, and the greater pay-per-hit income you'll make.

What Happens If I Accidentally Click My Google Ads?

Google Policy

Google's general policy on ad clicks is that they should only result from genuine user interest, and that website owners may not click their own ads for any purpose whatsoever. Therefore, even if you yourself are interested in one of the ads that appears on your own site, you may not click it. It is also prohibited to encourage website visitors to click ads, or to use automated means to increase the number of ad clicks you receive.

Click Fraud

Non-genuine ad clicks are classified as click fraud. Were this allowed, it would be possible to target competing businesses and repeatedly click their ads, increasing their advertising costs to no benefit. Furthermore, it would be possible to cost advertisers to your own site money by clicking your own ads, even if you had no interest in the product. Automated click fraud is a felony in some states, such as California under penal code 502.

Accidental Clicks

Google understand that users will accidentally click their own ads on occasion, and for a single case will generally not take any action against the user. However, since the usage of AdSense is closely monitored, if the click is recognized as coming from the ad owner, the income will be stripped from it -- though the click may still appear on the AdSense statistics pages. If a publisher is deemed to have clicked ads purposefully, however, the account may be disabled.

AdSense Preview Tool

Some instances of publishers clicking their own ads occur because the site owner is genuinely interested in a product or service being advertised, or because they are curious about the advertisers they are attracting. For this purpose, Google AdSense Preview Tool can be used to click ads without them being counted in the main statistics or costing anything to the advertiser. It can also be used to view the ads that would appear on a page you are thinking of adding AdSense to.

How to Make Money at Home on Google

1.

Sign up to a blog site. Blogger.com is a popular one that is used by many. They have instructions that will take you step by step through creating your page.

2. Let your creative writing skills put ideas to your fingertips, and start thinking of articles to type on your blog. It can be about places you've been, new things you've done, experiences you've had. So many things to choose from.

3.

Sign up for an account at adsense.com, but only after you've already gotten your blogs started, and have something for google to view when they decide whether to approve your site. This can take a few days. It took them about 4 days to contact me.

4. It takes a while for your blogs to get exposure. But hang in there, and be patient. It will eventually pay off for you in the long run. When I think of how many views I've gotten on some of my cruise articles that I just gave away to other sites for reviews, makes me sick, when I think of how much I could have made off of my own writing of reviews, if I would have just thought of typing them up on my own blog, and adding adsense coding to my pages. Don't make the mistake, I did..... you start yours now. :)

How to Start Blogging for Money

1. Find a site that has free blogs for anyone who signs up. You can buy a domain name if you prefer, and import free blog software onto it. Or, you can sign up with a site like LiveJournal or Blogger and get a free blog that is customizable and easy to use.

2. Come up with a topic and a name that is memorable. If your site is to have practical information, the title should be straightforward and related to the information category. Start with a post or two to introduce yourself and then dive into posting on the blog regularly. A blog that is updated often will receive more visitors, helping the blog make money.

3. Start loading blog ads onto the site once you have a post or two completed. One of the first things that many people with a new blog do is to sign up to host Google AdSense ads on their blog. Having your own domain means that you keep all of the profits from Google Adsense ads that you run on the site. If you choose a free blog, you will generally split the Google AdSense money with he site's host. However, Google AdSense isn't the only way to make money on a blog. There are other ads that can be run.

4. Think about running contextual blog ads on your blog to make money. Some people find them annoying and some people don't mind them at all. They are ads that will highlight certain words within the text. When a reader runs their cursor over any of the words, blog ads pop up. Companies like Kontera are free to join and make it easier to make money blogging with those ads in place.

5. Sell blog ads to companies and websites that are looking to advertise. There are numerous websites, such as TextLinkAds that pay bloggers to run small blog ads on their blogs. Bloggers can make money blogging by installing the ads and simply collecting a check each month for the advertising revenue.

6. Consider sponsored posts, but always disclose that they are sponsored. There are sites that hook up bloggers with free products and services in exchange for a post on the blog. This must be disclosed because of recently-passed legislation. You don't have to mention your Google AdSense ads or your context ads because they are visible, but if you are making money blogging in other ways, it needs to be disclosed.

How to Block Web Advertising

1. Block ads that are images by setting your browser not to show any images. You may not want to do this if you want to see images that are not ads. To do it, if you have Internet Explorer, go to the Advanced section under the Internet Options in the Tools menu. There is an option that says 'Show Pictures' in the Multimedia section. Click on the button next to it to make this option not selected, if it already is selected. There is a similar option in Firefox, and it is customizable. Open the Options section under the Tools menu, and select the Content tab. You can uncheck the 'Load images automatically' to see no images, or you can add specific websites where you don't want to see images. To do that, click on the 'Exceptions' button next to the 'Load images automatically' option.

2. Set your browser to block pop-up ads. Find this in Internet Explorer under the Tools menu, and in Firefox by selecting 'Tools,' then 'Options' and then looking for the option under the Content tab. Both browsers let you turn on a pop-up blocker and then specify websites that are exceptions where you will allow pop-ups.

3. Install Google Toolbar to block pop-up ads. Google Toolbar is an added set of buttons that can be installed in your browser. Download and install it, and select the option to turn on the pop-up blocker to give you added protection against pop-up ads. You may have to turn this option off occasionally when installing software.

4. Install the Adblock Plus add-on for Firefox. Download it from the add-ons section at the Firefox website. This will block most banner and pop-up ads.

How to Start a Spiritual Business Online

Preparation

1. Decide what kind of service your business intends to offer. Are you, for example, running a spiritual counseling service, a spiritual bookstore or some other kind of store that sells spiritual products?

2. Develop an initial business plan, beginning with an overview of your entire plan; market analysis; company description; organizational structure; a description of the service offered; funding needed; allocation of resources; projected returns; and compliance with state and federal requirements. This will help you make business decisions later on.

3. Choose a domain name. Use the Google AdWords Keywords tool (listed in the Resources) to research the most popular keyword phrase relevant to the service you offer. Consider building your domain name around this phrase. This will help to give your site greater preference in searches for that phrase, which can help drive significant traffic to your site.

4. Use a check/register domain resource tool to check the availability of your chosen domain name. If it is available, register it. If it’s not available, choose another suitable name and keep checking for availability until you find one that’s not in use.

5. Find a Web server host that is able to accommodate the site capabilities you want and that fits within your budget.

6. Design a website. You can learn to do this on your own or hire a Web designer. Some key points to consider: make sure that your site looks professional, that it’s easy to navigate and read, that the design reflects the spirit of your business and that the code is search-engine friendly. When developing your site content, build at least 60 percent of your pages around relevant keyword phrases (no more than two keyword phrases per page).

Up and Running

7. Submit your website to search engines.

8. Promote your site by building link partnerships with spiritually based websites; submit your site to DMOZ and spiritual directories such as spiritualsearch.net or spiritfind.net; write and publish online spiritual articles; start a spiritual blog; create a spiritual forum; create podcasts; start a spiritual newsletter; and join social networking sites. All these things will boost the visibility of your site, and the more you can do, the better.

9. Advertise your site through Google Ads. Link your ad display to relevant keywords.

10. Monetize your site with Google AdSense and similar businesses.

11. Consider starting an affiliate program to further increase traffic to your site.

How to Set Up a Website URL

1. Get a URL. URL stands for uniform resource locater and this is how people find you on the web. Come up with a good name that will communicate exactly who you are and what you do or want to do. You also need to do this with as short a name as possible so that when you tell people your URL, they will be able to remember it. You will have to try several names for your URL, though, because most of the best simple URLs are already taken. Go to a domain name registrar and register your URL. The registrar will let you search for URLs and tell you if they are taken. Some registrars are located in the resource section below.

2. Find a host. To have a website you need to have a place that will host your files. Your files are what comprise your website. A host is the place that keeps all of your files and the URL points to these files. Hosting can range in price from $5 a month to several hundred (as of 2009). For most beginners, the cheap option is fine. IWhen you have a large organization that will have thousands of visitors or more a day, then you need expensive hosting that will accommodate an extremely large amount of traffic. Most hosting companies will give you the ability to register your URL directly with them. This is the best option because if you register elsewhere you will have to point that registrar to your host. This is not extremely difficult but is an extra step.

3. Create a site. To get your site going you will need to create at least one page called a homepage. You will need to either use website creation software or create this manually. It is much simpler to do this with software like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Some hosts have a built-in tool to help you make pages. You can also use a content management system or CMS. A CMS is software that you install with your host or they may already have it set up to use. Every host provider will give specific instructions on where and how to upload your files and how to use a CMS if they have the ability; you just need to ask the host. Some examples of CMS tools are Wordpress and Joomla. If you are not using a CMS, then your homepage needs to be called index.htm or index.html. The index page is the page that will come up when anyone types in your URL.

4. Learn and improve. Your site is setup and your URL should now be working. Now just start building more web pages and links to improve your site. You can do this by learning some HTML and learning more about your software or CMS tool.

How to Earn Money Using The Internet Today

1. Start a website and sign up with Google or Yahoo's advertising program. You will be paid per sale or per showing of their advertising. After entering their coding in your HTML, you never have to do anything again other than wait for the check.

2. Start a website about a particular hobby or favorite musician or pastime. Using Amazon dot com's affiliate program, put links to books, DVD's, or CD's that may interest people who are visiting your site. You will receive a commission on all sales.

3. Fill in surveys. There are plenty of online survey companies who will pay you for your opinion. Some companies pay as little as $1 to complete, a survey, but others will pay much more. Make sure, though, you never pay THEM - that is a scam.

4. Submit your articles to top paying sites like Associated Content, Hubpages, Today dot com or here on eHow.

5. Start your own personal blog and monetize it using your Google AdSense.

How to Make Money As a Web Publisher

1. Identify the characteristics of your target market. Figure out a plan for a website that caters to the needs, interests and wants of your target market. For example, 'golfers' are a target market that includes people who are interested in new golf equipment and how to improve game-play using proven techniques.

2. Set up a website to attract readers and visitors. Make your domain one that can be branded; make it short, catchy and to the point so that readers will remember it. Include a brand logo to make your site more memorable. Design your website with advertising space in mind, as this is one of the ways in which you'll make money. Start blogging, writing and publishing information that attracts the market you wish to grab.

3. Sign up for a pay-per-click advertising program to monetize parts of the advertising space on your website. Google AdSense, BidVertiser and the Yahoo! Publisher Network provide Web publishers with the opportunity to make money with text advertisements. Web publishers earn a small amount of money for each advertisement that gets clicked by site visitors and readers.

4. Sell your own banner advertisement spaces. Charge either a flat rate for a given time period (e.g. $100 per month) or on a CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) basis. Selling your own advertising spaces gives you more control over who can advertise on your site as well as the chance to set your own rates and make more money.

5. Use in-text advertising programs such as Kontera and Vibrant Media. In-text advertising programs place sponsored links inside your own written text or blog. Signing up with these programs means that you should be writing with lots of meaningful keywords throughout your blogs and articles to maximize your advertising opportunities.

6. Join an affiliate program or choose an affiliate product from a marketplace such as ClickBank or Commission Junction. Blog about the program or product you've chosen. Make sure to include your affiliate links in your blog or writing. Site visitors who read your website may click on your affiliate links and purchase the product, thus allowing you to earn commissions.

7. Add premium content, such as exclusive videos and podcasts, to your website in addition to the free content you are already publishing. Make money by charging a small fee for access to this special content.

8. Offer services for your website visitors such as one-on-one mentoring programs or educational courses that teach a skill or offer some valuable knowledge that other people cannot get for free elsewhere. Advertise and blog about these services that you're offering. Make money by charging fees for your personal services.

How to Make Money On The Internet Without Selling Anything

1. Advertising.

There are billions of dollars made each year just through online advertising. Online advertising can be extremely profitable because you do not need to buy anything like with most businesses when starting. So as soon as you begin online advertising you immediately make a profit. While in the beginning it might not be a lot, over time it can grow to be an incredible amount of money.

2. Google Adsense.

There are many programs, such as Google Adsense, that you can sign up with to start making money with your websites. Some of these programs will even let you combine them so you can make even more money. Just make sure that your website does not look like too much of an advertisement or you can lose visitors. And it is very important to keep your traffic growing, because without traffic you cannot make money with online advertising.

3. Keywords.

The way many of these programs, like Google Adsense, works is by identifying what is on your website. You might have one about baking, one about the stock market, etc. This is how they know what type of ads to place on your website. If you are wanting to make money make sure your topic is worth a lot. If all of your ads people are clicking only cost 10 cents it can take a long time to make money. But if they are 10 dollars, it's a whole different story.

4. Search engines.

Another thing to remember when making money with online advertising is to make sure you have a good rank with search engines. The higher your rank, the further up you will show up on the searches. If your web page is one of the first few you have a good chance of someone clicking on your website and then clicking on one of your Google Adsense ads.

How to Work With an Ad Agency

1. Learn all you can about how the business works. Most ad agencies have a creative department, which consists of writers and artists who design material. They also have a marketing department, consisting of people who seek out clients, and an accounts department, which is responsible for payments.

2. Take the right courses. While you may be able to work with ad agencies without a degree, taking at least a few classes in writing, design and marketing can help you in your quest to get a job with an agency.

3. Be willing to intern. Doing work as an intern can mean doing grunt work without pay or appreciation. Try to get in with an ad agency where you can get your hands on real projects to give you the experience you'll need to land a job.

4. Beef up your portfolio. You'll need experience or samples, and likely both, regardless of what work you want to do in the agency. Should you want to get into the business department, make sure you have worked in accounts payable or receivable. Creative people should work on samples, do small local jobs or work for free for charity publications.

How to Build a Money Making Information Website

1. Decide what you want your money-making information website to be about. Look for 'hot' and popular topics on such places as Yahoo Buzz and Google Trends for ideas. Make your website niche-specific, that is, writing information and blogging only about one or two ideas or themes.

2. Buy a domain and website hosting for your information website. Make your domain memorable --- something which will prompt people to visit your site multiple times. Choose only a basic hosting plan, as this is all you will need for an informational or blog-type website.

3. Set up your money-making website by installing a content management system such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. A content management system (CMS) allows you to build your website without prior HTML knowledge or any coding skills. Many are open source, and free.

4. Look for a WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal theme to use for your site. A content management system 'theme' is a pre-designed template which can be installed with one-click to your money-making website. Choose a theme and upload its contents to your web hosting provider. Select this theme in your CMS control panel to install it on your site.

5. Hire a freelance graphic designer to create a unique header image or logo for your money-making website. A logo helps create a brand image, makes your site more attractive, and sets it apart from plain-looking websites. This logo helps establish the all-important 'brand' or identity for your site.

6. Start blogging or writing information on your website related to your chosen niche or topic. Add valuable, helpful information for visitors to your site. Upload images on your site to make your content stand out.

7. Monetize your website through web publisher's text advertisements. Sign up for Google AdSense, Yahoo Publisher Network, or BidVertiser. These money-making pay-per-click programs display blocks of text advertisements on your site. In return, you receive a small commission or payment ranging from a few cents to dollars for each of your website visitors that click these ads.

8. Display text-link advertisements to make money directly from the information or blogs you post on your website. Apply for a publisher's program such as LinkWorth, TNX, or Text-Link-Ads. As visitors click the text-linked ads, your information website earns a small amount of money.

9. Register as an affiliate on a website such as ClickBank.com, Commission Junction, or PayDotCom. These marketplaces contain products which you can promote as an 'affiliate' and receive commissions. Choose a product that would be helpful to your site visitors. Obtain your affiliate link--the special URL that tracks the number of purchases for which you'll receive commission payouts.

10. Write a helpful review of the affiliate program or product on your website. List the disadvantages and advantages of purchasing such a product. Include compelling information about why your site visitors should buy it. Make sure to include the special affiliate link which you obtained when you registered at one of the product marketplaces.

11. Continue blogging and writing information about the topics and areas within your niche. To make additional revenue, sell premium content, such as special videos, e-books, instructional courses, or other content that requires a one-time fee for access on your website.

Do All WordPress Themes Allow Plugins?

Administrative Plugins

The most common plugins are administrative. These expand the options available to the WordPress administrator, and include changes like integrating Google AdSense, optimizing the blog for search engines and tracking visitor statistics. Administrative plugins rarely require template integration. Typically, any interaction they have with the front-end of the website is handled entirely by the code.

Front-End Plugins

Front-end plugins alter the way the site is displayed to visitors or add extra options for display. For example, a front-end plugin can integrate a new JavaScript file to display a special image gallery or allow the user to switch theme colors or styles. This type of plugin may require template modification, but it is generally compatible with all themes.

Widgets

A WordPress widget is a plugin that displays a block of content. Widgets are selected and placed in the administrative menu and display on the front-end to the visitor. By default, WordPress includes widgets to display all categories, recent posts and comments, and a block of text, among others. Themes must be widget-ready or 'widgetized' to handle these plugins properly. Most new themes are widgetized by default, but older themes may need modification.

Functions

Although not truly a plugin, the functions.php theme file can house modifications that act as plugins. Since this file is typically coded at the same time as the theme by the developer, modification is rarely needed. However, if you add extra functionality for your theme in this file, you may need to edit other files to reflect the changes.

How to Make Money Using a Blog Step

1. Fill your blog with posts about popular or 'hot' topics that draw in visitors. Use attention-grabbing headlines and openers to entice people to read your blog. Find popular topics on places like Google Trends or Yahoo Buzz. Write blog posts regularly to avoid being seen as 'dead' or irrelevant.

2. Register your website blog with an advertiser network such as Google AdSense or Yahoo Publisher Network. These networks give blog publishers the opportunity to make money through pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns. Blocks of text ads get displayed on your site and, when visitors click these ads, you get paid a small commission averaging anywhere from a few cents to a few dollars per click.

3. Copy the code from the pay-per-click (PPC) advertiser network with whom you've signed up. Paste the code into the HTML portion of your blog to begin displaying text ads.

4. Choose a product from ClickBank or another affiliate marketplace such as PayDotCom or Commission Junction. Register with the site or affiliate author to obtain a hoplink--a special link to track purchases from customers who you have referred.

5. Write a post on your blog promoting the affiliate product or program. Make your blog post as compelling and helpful to the reader as possible to encourage people to buy the product. Include your affiliate hoplink within your blog post so that visitors can purchase when ready.

6. Offer banner advertising spaces on your blog website. Make sure that these spaces are in prominent places, such as near the top or sidebars of the pages, so that people will want to advertise on your site. Make money by setting your own rates for advertisers either on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) or flat-rate basis per week or month.

7. Sell premium content to your blog visitors. Allow a 'teaser' portion of your blog to be read for free, but require a special paid membership that allows unlimited access to your entire blog posts and extra content like videos.

8. Sign up with an in-text advertising program like Kontera, LinkWorth or Vibrant Media. These ad networks place sponsored advertisement links which are hyperlinked to individual words within your blog posts. Get your publisher's code and paste it into the appropriate HTML portion of your blog to begin making money with in-text advertisements.

9. Register for an autoresponder service such as Aweber or GetResponse. Create an autoresponder opt-in box using the services tools. Paste the code for the opt-in box within your blog website. Collect visitors' names and email addresses with the autoresponder box to gather a marketing list.

10. Send autoresponder email messages to the people on your marketing list. Within the marketing message, write about and promote an affiliate product or your own product. Make sure to include a way to pay for the item you're selling so that you'll make money from sales.

How to Use an Online Keyword Research Tool

1. Spend some time surfing the web and looking at other sites in the same field to learn about the keywords you choose to research. Review the keywords used by the highest ranking sites to begin building your list of possible keywords.

2. Use the online keyword research tool of your choice and input one keyword at a time to get related keyword suggestions. Build a list of related keywords. You are looking for not only the keywords that are within your field, but also the keywords that people search most often. Write down the most popular keywords in your field.

3. Compare the number of sites using your keyword with the number of times your keyword is being used in searches. This is called the KEI, or keyword effectiveness index. The higher the KEI, the better the keyword. Not all online keyword research tools will give you the KEI. You may need to do your own additional research to get an estimate.

4. Begin using keywords to develop your website once you know which keywords being used the most and with which sites you feel you can compete.

You can also enter the code into this field by highlighting the code in your email, pressing CTRL+C, and then pasting it into the field on the website by pressing CTRL+V. Make sure you do not include any spaces before or after the code.

4. Click the 'Activate' button once you have filled out the necessary fields. Once the banners disappear from your screen, you will be greeted with a welcome message and will then be free to adjust the settings of your Weatherbug Plus software to fit your needs.

How to Set Up a Banner Ad for a Google Content Network

1. Design your banner. Do this by using graphics software such as Photoshop or with banner-creator software like Banner Maker Pro. Alternatively, hire a web graphic designer to supply you with professionally made banners for your ad campaigns. Create or order your banners in gif, jpg, png or swf format only.

2. Log in to your Adwords account. Locate the 'New campaign' button beneath the graph showing current campaign statistics. Click this button to load a page, allowing you to select the settings for your banner ad campaign.

3. Click on the 'Campaign Type' drop-down menu. Select 'Display Network only (Display ad builder).' The Display network ad builder will subsequently load in the same page.

4. Name your campaign in the 'General settings' field. Enter the geographical locations where you want your ads to appear, and the language your customers speak.

5. Select devices. This determines on which kinds of computers or handheld devices your ad will show. You may select 'All available devices' or opt for 'Desktop and laptop computers,' which will prevent your ad form being displayed on iPhones or other mobile devices.

6. Enter your bidding and budget. The bidding amount or Cost Per Click is the price you are willing to pay for one click on your ad. Your budget is the maximum amount you want to spend on the campaign per day.

7. Set Ad extensions. Ad extensions are optional and allow you to append a phone number, product details, site links or a phone number to your ads.

8. Enter advanced settings. Set your ad schedule dates, ad rotation preferences and demographic bidding. The ad schedule determines the date your ads start and end. Ad rotation allows you to rotate different ad designs as a way of testing conversions. Ad demographics allows you to target specific ages or set gender preferences.

9. Save and continue. A page will load asking you to create an ad group. Name the group and select 'Image ad.'

10. Chose keywords. Enter around 10 to 20 keywords related to your product or service. Add or delete keywords at any time. Save the ad group. A window will open asking you to upload your image.

11. Upload your banner. Using the provided 'Browse button' locate the banner you created on you hard drive. Give the image a title, type the URL you would like to display, and the URL where you want your visitor to land. Click 'Save ad.' Once a member of Google's staff has approved your ad, it's status will change to 'Active.'

How to Earn From Google Ads

1. Sign up for an account. Getting a Google AdSense account allows you to access the program and is free to start. You will need to provide some personal information and to have an active e-mail account in order to get registered.

2. Read the fine print. A frequent complaint of Google AdSense users is that they later find out that they are ineligible to be paid. To be eligible, you have to not only comply with the AdSense agreement, but your website must also fit within Google's Webmaster policies. This information is carefully spelled out in the terms of agreement.

3. Pick your keywords. Not all words pay the same. Remember, though, that the highest-paying keywords are also the most popular. Before setting up your account, do some research on which keywords will apply to your website and earn you money.

4. Do your homework. Not only do you need to look at what words pay what money, but also at what your competition is using. Is it better to be the thousandth person to use a higher-paying word or to be the third person to work with a mid-level word? Like most business decisions, this involves a bit of a gamble. But the preparation you do now will save you a lot of frustration later on.

5. Don't be afraid to play dirty. You're trying to make money, not friends. Google AdSense allows you to block certain URLs from your website. Often, it makes sense to block your competitors, as you don't want them advertising on your website and making it more difficult to draw attention to you or your product. It is just as likely that your competitors will be blocking your URL.

6. Don't be afraid to change. Don't get locked into a certain keyword or setting. The Internet is almost fluid in what is popular and what is not. Change to what is going to make money for you at the time. Just because something worked once doesn't mean it always will. Like anything in business, it's important to stay up on the times.

How to Make Money With a Webpage

1. Get a free blog (Blogger is a great one), a free domain name with free web hosting (I used to use awardspace), buy a domain (godaddy, domainsite) with free hosting, or buy a domain and buy separate hosting. You can also make your home computer into your hosting server if you have the know-how and a static IP. (Check my other articles for more help with any of these things)

2. Once signed up, start posting content (If you have a blog this is easy). If you have a website, you will need to upload a page called index.html to the main folder. If you are not sure how to do this then read my post 'How to start a website.' Basically the page will need HTML programming, which is actually quite easy. If you do not want to learn HTML, you can get a simple template from online, and post using frontpage or NVU (free!).

3. Sign Up for adsense. This is a google ad system that allows you to 'monetize' your site. When someone clicks on an ad on your page, the advertiser pays you a few cents. In order to display ads on your webpage, you will have to add some code into your page. For those who do not want to touch that, most applications like NVU allow the user to add chunks of code in without looking at all the rest of the HTML. If you are using blogger, there is a gadget that allows you to sign up for adsense and add it to your site easily.

4. Now the most important part. Post articles that have meaning, but try to make them contain words with a theme. Adsense searches your post and makes ads based on that, and some genres are more competitive than others. If you write about dolls, you will make a few cents per click. If you write about lawyers, acne products, bankruptcy, or insurance you can make upto a few dollars per ad click!

5. Try to make the first few sentences of any post or blog filled with rich words (no pun intended). this is called Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and there are companies devoted to just this.

6. Sign your awesome site up at flog directory and website directory sites, and wait for thousands to flock in, read your stuff, and a few to click on your ads!

2. Make sure that all of your videos, and your conduct on YouTube complies with the Terms of Service for your account, and YouTube's Community Guidelines.

3. Upload new videos to YouTube regularly.

4. Make sure your videos have popular appeal, and are viewed by thousands of viewers before applying.

5. Go to the YouTube Partnership Program page and apply, then wait for YouTube to review your account and your videos.

After Approval

6. Use the instructions sent to you from YouTube to create an Adsense account, which will be linked to your YouTube account. If you already have an account, continue with the following steps.

7. Sign into Google Adsense using your AdSense account. Click 'My Account,' and select 'Account Access.'

8. Open a new browser window. Sign into YouTube using your YouTube account. A notification will appear inviting you to link your AdSense and YouTube Accounts. Enter your Adsense account information as requested.

9. Wait for an email from YouTube confirming the accounts have been linked.

10. Log into YouTube, and click on a video. A new 'Enable Revenue Sharing' button will be below your video. Click it, then a new page opens.

11. Submit the requested information verifying your ownership of copyrights and ability to use the video for commercial purposes, then click 'Submit.'

12. Wait for your video to be approved for revenue sharing. Then see the AdSense ads on your video.

How Do Cookies Get on a Computer?

How Cookies Get on a Computer

A Web server sends its cookie to your computer when you browse to a website. If the cookie remains on your computer the next time you visit the website, your computer sends it back to the server to identify you as a previous visitor. If the website displays advertisements from a network such as Google AdSense, you may receive the cookie for that network as well. Because this cookie originates from a website other than the one that you are visiting, it is called a 'third-party cookie.' Neither first-party nor third-party cookies contain personal information; each cookie contains a unique code that identifies your computer.

Benefits of Cookies

A cookie allows you to customize websites according to your preference without affecting the experience of other users. Websites often contain customization options, allowing users to change the language, color scheme, text size and other items. A cookie allows these preferences to be persistent; the next time you visit the website, it remains as you configured it. E-commerce websites also use cookies to make shopping carts persistent; if you browse a shopping website and place an item in your cart, that website's cookie allows the item to remain in your cart if you return to purchase it later.

Drawbacks of Cookies

Advertising networks use cookies to track your browsing habits. For example, the DoubleClick DART cookie used by Google for its AdSense program allows Google to track your Web searches, along with all of your visits to websites that display AdSense ads or take part in the Google Analytics program. Google analyzes this data to determine which advertisements you are most likely to click, and displays those advertisements when you visit websites displaying AdSense ads. The benefit if this is that you are more likely to see advertisements online that interest you. However, some people would rather not share their browsing history -- even if it is anonymous -- with a company that intends to profit from it.

Avoiding Cookies

All Web browsers have privacy features that allow you to customize how they handle cookies. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, to refuse third-party cookies or to refuse all cookies. How to Make Money With Google Adsense On Blogger.com

1. Decide on a blog concept. Choose a topic you have knowledge about or interest in. To make money from a website, you must be able to generate traffic. Remember that authentic content brings in traffic, and good content is much easier to create if you are well acquainted with, or very interested in, the topic you are writing about. If you garden, for example, start a gardening blog. Consider three factors when making your final decision: 1) how many competitor blogs exist on the same topic, 2) how many Adsense ads are available for that topic, and 3) how likely are you to be able to create consistent, reader-worthy content for it.

2. Create branding. Choose a distinct name that is easy to remember. Check to see if the name you've chosen is available on Blogger.com, as well as on email and Twitter. If so, open accounts to secure the name before someone else does. Your Blogger.com URL will include the word 'blogspot,' but Blogger.com also offers the option of publishing to a domain instead of their free blogspot address. If the name you've chosen is available as a domain and you can afford the monthly web hosting cost, purchase your domain. Create an avatar or logo, and use the same one everywhere.

3. Build your blog. Spend some time researching and viewing successful blogs to study their layout. Blogger.com has user-friendly templates with gadgets that are easy to add. Insert features such as 'Followers,' which enables people to follow your blog and be notified when you post new content. For the protection of their advertisers, Adsense requires that your blog have legitimate content, so don't monetize your blog quite yet.

4. Create top-quality content that provides your readers with useful information. Write with proper grammar and spelling. Write short, concise, valuable posts that make readers want to bookmark your site and return. Use humor, but remain professional. Every published keystroke is potentially permanent, because your content can be copied and forwarded before you have a chance to edit or delete, so never say anything inflammatory or negative. Study search engine optimization, which is the art of designing and writing web content so that search engines can find it more easily, and infuse your writing with lots of searchable phrases that are relevant to your topic.

5. Enrich your site with imagery. Purchase stock photographs, or take photos yourself. Remember that when you 'right click, save-as' any photo from the web you are stealing, unless that photo is specifically marked free for use. Microstock agencies are more affordable than traditional stock photography or hiring a photographer, although for the reduced cost you lose image exclusivity and run the risk that images you purchase will be seen elsewhere. Browse 'free' sections of agencies to see if any of their featured images meet your requirements.

6. Monetize your blog. While logged in to your Dashboard, click on the 'Monetize' tab, and fill in the required information. Adsense will review your site for legitimacy and viable content. Once your blog has been approved, populate your site with ads.

7. Study Adsense rules very carefully, and follow them. Adsense disables accounts without notice for violation of their rules and policies. They have an appeal process, but there is no guarantee you will be reinstated; once you have lost your Adsense account, you cannot open another one.

8. Above-the-fold advertising is seen the most by newspaper readers, and the same applies to websites. Place at least one ad above the scroll line, so that your readers will see it without having to scroll down. Avoid inserting too many ads, as this will make your site appear spam-like.

9. Advertise your site. Network on line, via social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Leave comments on other blogs, but only if you have something constructive and positive to say about their content---don't just comment asking them to visit your site. Add your website address to your email signature, and ask your friends to pass it along.

10. Work daily. Add quality content on a regular basis. Three high quality posts per week are better than three quick and careless posts per day. On the days that you are not posting, network instead, as well as research and learn.

How to Make a Website for Arcade Games

1. Pick a web host service (see Resources). You can pay yearly for a service or choose a free service. The advantage to paying for a web host service is the amount of storage space you'll be provided. If you plan to use a lot of graphics and media files, they will take up a lot of space. Opt for the paid web hosting. Free services don't offer much space. Also, if you want to have advertising on your web site that brings money to you, opt to pay for web hosting. Free web hosting often includes advertising on your website that goes to the web hosting service.

2. Design your arcade game website. Since you're making an arcade game website, make it fun and flashy like a real arcade. Use colorful backgrounds and graphics. Don't be afraid to include animated graphics and blinking text. This will add to the arcade feel of your website and make it more attractive for arcade enthusiasts. Embed a free arcade sound file on your website for additional authentic arcade feel.

3. Use the built-in design and upload tools provided by your web host to develop your website and upload the files you'll need. Create an easy menu with simple game categories. Create a section of the website devoted to articles about the history of arcade games, tips on playing arcade games and reviews of arcade games. Devote the rest of the sections of the website to games. Include a section specifically devoted to early classic arcade games like 'Donkey Kong' and 'Pac-Man.'

4. Embed a wide variety of arcade-style games on your website. There are free resources for games you can easily embed on your website. You can easily embed these games in your website by copying and pasting the code to your web pages. The games are made using Adobe Flash, Shockwave and Java code. Include links to the Adobe Flash and Shockwave players on your web site in case you have visitors that need to download them before playing games on your arcade website.

5. Use Google Ads to generate income from your website. When you sign up for an Adsense account, Google places content relevant advertising on your website that generates money for you when visitors click on ads. It's free to start a Google Adsense account.

How to Activate Google Adsense

1. Design and construct the website you want to include in the Google Adsense program. Be sure your website falls within Google's published criteria for websites.

2. Sign up and submit your website to Google Adsense program. Once you website is approved, you will receive a notification allowing you to proceed with the program.

3. Activate your Google Adsense account. Clicking on the link in the email Google sent you telling you your website had been approved.

4. Log into your Adsense account, and retrieve the HTML code you will need to use on your website. After logging in, follow the prompts to get the appropriate programming code.

5. Copy the code, then paste the information into the appropriate section of your website. Once the code has been installed in your website, it will be included in the Google Adsense program and will start to see Google advertising appearing on your site.

How to Add Pay Per Click Advertising to a Blog

1. The most popular pay per click model is Google AdSense. Signing up is free. Google matches ads based on your blog's content. This is the most common model used for internet advertising.

2. If you use Google AdSense, there are a few tricks you need to be aware of. You want the ads to blend in with your site, so they don't look like ads, but more like your site's content. Text links often generate more clicks that image ads. You can find all kinds of tips by visiting the Google AdSense blog.

3. Sign up for BidVertiser. This is the same concept as Google AdSense. You sing up as a publisher and ads from advertisers are matched to your site. You are paid based on clicks.

4. Sign up for free affiliate programs like Commission Junction and LinkShare. These sites pay you as the publisher for leads or sign-ups. Leads can pay anywhere from a few cents to $20 or more.

5. Visit the Pay Per Click forum located at http://forums.digitalpoint.com. You can read or join discussions about different methods of making money from pay per click advertising.

6. See the resources section below for more ways to make money with your blog or working from home.

Google Adsense Tips Tricks

Ad appearance

AdSense ads that display with similar colors and fonts as the rest of the text on the page typically get better click-through rates. Carefully match your ads with your site layout so they blend in.

Ad location

Place your AdSense ad blocks in your content so the text wraps around your ads. Your site visitors are on your page to read the content. By placing your ads within your content you will ensure more visitors see your ads and increase the likelihood that they will click an ad. It's also important to place ad blocks above the fold on your pages so the ads are seen by visitors who don't scroll down the page.

Page targeting

Narrowly define the topic of your pages. Each page should have a very specific subject and that should be reflected by using your primary keyword phrase in your page title, meta keywords tag, meta description tag, H1 tag and within the body of your content. AdSense displays ads based on the subject matter of the page and it uses these elements to determine what the subject of your page is. Clearly defining your page topic will result in accurate and relevant ads being displayed which will lead to higher click-through rates.

Ad block size

Use larger ad blocks like the 336x280 and 300x250 pixel ads. These ad sizes are more noticeable and generally receive more clicks than some of the smaller ad sizes.

Ad tracking

AdSense has built in ad-tracking capability. Pay careful attention to the pages that generate more clicks and higher revenue so you know where to focus your search engine optimization efforts or your advertising dollars.

Eliminate ad borders

Ad borders serve as a warning to site visitors that the content is an advertisement. Remove the borders around your AdSense ads to more smoothly blend the ads with the content of your website.

How to Earn Money With Google Adsense

1. Apply for a Google Adsense account. Google will respond to you within a few business days to advise you if you are eligible for an account. Google looks for a well-organized site that's not a duplicate of other websites and may make a decision about the website based on the contents. Read Google's terms of service for Adsense accounts to determine whether or not your site may qualify.

2. Add Google Adsense to your website or blog. Many sites are Adsense-ready and are activated by inputting your publisher ID (a unique number Google will give you upon approval) and choosing the type of display you want for your targeted advertising. If you don't know how to add the code to your website or blog, you can often refer to help files with Google or your Web host, or you may need a technical expert to help. Relevant advertising will appear on your site, and if your visitors click on the advertisements, you will earn commission based on a Google formula that is not publicized. Many factors will impact the amount you earn, such as what happened after the visitor clicked on the ad, the amount the ad was worth (some advertisers pay higher ad fees, which results in a higher commission to the publisher) and other factors Google does not disclose.

3. Drive traffic to your website or blog so that more people have an opportunity to see the targeted advertisements. You earn money based on not only clicked ads but also the number of page views. The more traffic, the more likely you are to see revenue. Writing good content can bring targeted advertisements that can, on their own, entice a visitor to click.

4. Input your pin number when your account reaches $50. When Google sees that your account has reached the $50 earning mark, they will mail, via postal mail, a pin number to you that you must input into their system via directions included with the pin. This assures Google that you are the person you say you are via receiving a physical letter in the mail. This action activates your account to be ready for payment.

5. Receive payment when your account reaches $100 in Adsense earnings. Each time your account hits the $100 milestone, Google will initiate their payment cycle. Payments can be received via electronic funds transfer or via a check sent to you through the mail.

How to Place an Ad on Google

1. Click on the 'Sign Up For Google AdWords' link in the Resources section of this article.

2. Click on the 'Create a New Account' button.

3. Enter your account details, including a valid email address. Choose a password and click 'Create Account.'

4. Select your country of residence, time zone and preferred payment currency from the appropriate drop down menus. Click 'Continue.'

5. Wait for AdWords to send an email message to the address you provided during registration. When this email arrives, verify the address by clicking on the link within the message.

6. A new Web page or browser tab will open, telling you that your email address has been confirmed. Click the link the says 'Click here to continue.'

7. Click 'Create your first campaign.'

8. Enter the details for your campaign (the campaign is the ad or ads you wish to place). Choose a name for the campaign and tell AdWords which countries and regions in which you would like your ad to appear.

9. Confirm that 'All available sites and devices' is selected under the 'Networks, devices and extensions' option. This setting is the default setting and should be changed only by advanced users.

10. Set a daily budget by entering a whole dollar amount in the appropriate text box. Select whether you'd like to pay a set price (bid) when someone clicks on your ad, or whether you'd like AdWords to try to automatically determine the best price (bid) for your ad.

11. Create an ad. Google AdWords ads are made up of: A headline, two lines of text, a display URL (short version) and an actual URL (full version).

12. Select 10-20 keywords that are specifically related to your ad.

13. Click 'Save and Continue to Billing.'

14. Select the country where your billing address is located from the drop down menu and click 'Continue.'

15. Choose your billing method. 'Postpay billing' charges your credit card or bank account once ads are run and clicked on, while 'Prepay billing' charges your credit card and creates an AdWords balance to be used to pay for your ads. There is no particular advantage to either method, so choose the one works best for you and click 'Continue.'

16. Read the Google AdWords Terms and Conditions. If you understand and agree to them, click 'yes, I agree,' and then 'Continue.'

17. Enter your credit card or bank account information, then click 'Save and Activate.' Your AdWords account is now active, and the ad you created will begin running on the network as soon as it is approved.

How to Design a Custom Blog Using Wordpress

1. Log into your hosting service and install WordPress. Many popular hosting services offer WordPress installation with a one-click install. If your hosting service doesn't offer that features, download and install WordPress from the WordPress website.

2. Choose a WordPress Theme. Themes change the overall feel of your blog. Click 'Themes' under the Appearance section of the left hand toolbar. Choose a theme and then click 'Activate.'

3. Click 'Widgets' and then click and drag any widgets you want on your blog to the sidebar, blurb or top navigation fields on the right. Widgets allow you to customize fields on your WordPress blog. For example, drag the 'text' widget to the sidebar area and then write a custom message about your blog.

4. Click 'Plugins' and then search plugins for elements you would like to add to your blog. There are thousands to choose from, including plugins for Adsense, maintenance mode, which makes your blog private and statistics, which can help you track your blog visitors. To add a plug in, click the 'Activate' link.

How to Increase Pay

1. Know your audience. Research your audience. Find out about their wants, needs and goals. Why are they seeking your product or services?

2. Check out the competition. Look over their websites. What types of pay-per-clicks ads do they have? What content do they have on their pages, and how are they marketing their product? You may find a tip or two that will help with your efforts.

3. Find the right keywords. Keywords are what your visitors type in when they search. The right keywords optimize and bring more visitors to your site. The key to this is, again, know your audience. For example, if your site is about classic cars, you’ll need to very lightly sprinkle your pages with terms that people will use when searching for information about classic cars.

4. Continually track your results. Search engines have tracking options that allow you to monitor keyword performance, so take advantage of it. This way you get an idea of which keywords work and which don’t and can readjust.

5. Promote your site. Your address should appear at the bottom of your business cards and brochures. It should also be at the bottom of every e-mail you send, even if it's a personal site. Get friends to add you to their personal sites, and if they are on Facebook or Myspace, ask them to add you to that also. Do whatever it takes to get your website out there because the more people that visit your site, the greater your pay-per-click earning potential.

6. Test and retest your ads regularly. Track how a specific ad performs over a period of time. Get rid of the poor performing ads and replace with new ones.

How to Boost CTR

1. Install a web analytics software on your website to gather detailed information about your CTR for each one of your ads and campaigns. If your ad platform offers detailed information about click-through rates, familiarize yourself with their interface as well so that you can have a second set of data to compare with.

2. Use a spreadsheet to divide your ads in groups according to what segment of your audience they are targeting. Use one sheet per each group of ads. Next to each ad, write down its CTR, conversion rate, keywords, landing page, and copy of the ad. If it is an image ad write, down the name of the image and a brief description.

3. Sort the ads on each sheet by their CTR. Use the conversion rate as the second sorting criteria in case of a tie. This will result in an ordered list of ads that work for each segment of your audience, from best to worse.

4. Look within the low performing ads for those with messages that are performing well for other audiences. It may be possible to increase an ad's CTR rate drastically by changing the targeting criteria in terms of both demographics and trigger keywords.

5. Using the higher CTR ads as a guideline, change the copy, trigger keywords, or image of the ads that are not working to make them more similar to what works for that segment of the audience. For example, if the highest CTR ads all send out a message of 'Glamour and Relax' try to include that message on the lower performing ones, or remove any message related to 'Work and Stress' from them.

6. Increase the amount you are bidding per click on those low CTR ads that share the same message with the high CTR ones. If your bid is too low, the ad may be displayed on an unfavorable position and receiving less clicks as a result.

7. Evaluate the results from your changes after 48 hours, using your web analytics software data to see what ads have improved their performance. You may need to keep optimizing your ads in response to current events or before your audience becomes blind to them due to repetition.

How to Write Web Content for a Business

1. Make a list of words you associate with your business. Potential customers are likely to use these words when searching for the products you sell and the services you offer. For instance, if your firm sells office supplies, related Internet searches would include notepads, pens and, of course, office supplies.

2. Write informative and educational articles about the products and services you offer. Include the keywords you identified within the text. Avoid the temptation to overuse the keywords or stuff them in where they do not make sense. Search engine algorithms punish keyword stuffing. Human visitors are likely to be turned off by keyword-stuffed articles as well. Make the articles as natural as possible and make sure they are interesting and compelling.

3. Break up the web content into short paragraphs. Keep each paragraph to between two and four sentences. Keep those sentences short and to the point. Use section headings in bold to break up the article further and make it easier for visitors to skim your content for the information they want.

4. Read your content carefully and make sure it is compelling and interesting from the start. Good web content provides key facts and figures at the top of each article, so visitors can find exactly what they want quickly and easily. You have a short period of time to capture the attention of your visitors, so make the most of that opportunity.

5. Talk directly to your website visitors in a friendly and informal style. The word 'you' is compelling in web writing. It helps to engage the reader and create a conversation between your company and your potential customers. Use action words throughout your article. Write compelling headlines to get people's attention.
