How to Get People to Advertise on Your Website
1. Fill your site with content that will attract visitors. This means that the content needs to be interesting or cutting edge. The more people that your site could potentially appeal to, the better your odds of convincing advertisers to purchase ad space on your site or racking up paid ad clicks through an affiliate program such as Google Adsense.
2. Attract traffic to your site. No one will know that your site exists unless you promote it. Promote your site through social networking sites. Send links to all your friends and family whenever you put up new content. Add a subscription feature to your blog that sends an email notification to subscribers whenever you create a new post.
3. Monitor your traffic and create a professional sales report. If your site is getting over 100,000 or more hits each day, you may be in a good position to send out a sales pitch to companies you believe might be interested in advertising on your site. The report that you send should include a description of the content that is contained on the site, the average number of visitors and monthly visitor totals for the past 6 months to a year, why you think that a specific company would benefit from placing an ad on your site and how much you would charge for the ad placement.
4. Try affiliate advertising. Google Adsense is a great example of this. With Adsense, a website owner creates an account with Google and agrees to allow Google to place ads in certain places on the site. Whenever a visitor clicks on one of the ads, the site owner will earn money. If you have a high volume of traffic coming to your site, this might be an excellent money-making solution for you. However, be careful not to clutter your site with too many ads--this could decrease overall traffic and scare away private advertisers.
How to Monetize a Website
1. Set up a Google Adsense account. After you have applied and been approved for an Adsense account, you can place ads on your website. When visitors click on your ads, you will earn revenue from Google (see Resources below).
2. Join an affiliate program with Commission Junction. Commission Junction has literally hundreds of companies that want affiliates to sell their products. All you have to do is place one of their banners on your website. If a visitor to your site clicks on the link and makes a purchase, you will get a commission (see Resources below).
3. Open a Paypal account. Paypal is an online payment processor where you can send and receive payments. This great tool will help you immensely whenever you'll need to pay or collect any money online (see Resources below).
4. Write an ebook and sell it on your site. An ebook is a digital product you read on your computer. If you are an expert or very knowledgeable about your hobby, you could write an ebook and sell it on your website through Paypal.
5. Create a Paypal donation button. If visitors come to your site and appreciate the information you are providing, they can click on the donation button and donate whatever amount of money they want (see Resources below).

How to Make Money Clicking Google Ads
Making Google Adsense work for you.
1. Creating or having a website is one thing of great importance when wanting to use Google Adsense for income. Don't just create any website however, make use of a theme you truly enjoy or are passionate about. Your chances of being successful with your ads depend on how passionate you are on your website. You can create a free website using Google's own tools: blogger.com or pages.google.com. Make sure your site has more than 5 pages. A large site, say of about 50-100+ pages has a greater chance of creating decent revenue than a smaller one.
2. Once your website is in place, you will want to sign up for Google Adsense. It's completely free and there is no obligation to stay if you are not satisfied. Adsense operates by matching up ads to the content that your website contains. Say for example your site is about small business. Ads will appear on your website that has small business startup, stock options, investing and others matching that criterion. Place your ads generously throughout your site; don't overcrowd a particular area or it may look unappealing. Google provides the code needed so that you are in control of how many ads to put on your site, where to put them and how to arrange them.
3. Generating traffic to your site is what makes Google Adsense profitable and consistent. How do you get more traffic to your site? Content; fresh and new content helps search engines find and categorize you therefore making you come out on different areas in the search engines. If you are looking to generate large amounts of income, you will probably want to update your content regularly.
4. Promoting your website will help gain more traffic and thus increase your chances of getting more clicks! Website promotion can also be free or you can use paid sources. Start by contacting family and friends to visit your site, submit your site to search engines; Google, Yahoo and others. Work a trade or make use of reciprocal links. To get reciprocal links, find another website with the same type of genre you have. Ask the webmaster if they would post a link on their website back to you, if you do the same for them. It helps with marketing and getting more exposure for your site.
How to Report a Violation to Google
1. Navigate to www.google.com/adsense.
2. Type your contact information, your name and email address.
3. Type the violating URL address.
4. Select the type of violation you are reporting from the choices displayed. Click 'Submit.'
How to Post a Job on Google
1. Navigate to Google's paid classifieds (see Reference). If you happen to be low on funds or simply wish to post for free, navigate to Google's free classifieds area (also in References).
2. Select an advertiser from among the many listed. Some may be more appropriate for you than others. The list includes low-end classifieds services (such as Pennysaver) to websites geared specifically toward musicians, international travelers, expatriates, businesspeople and others.
3. Click on 'Post a job,' typically located in the service's main menu.
4. Fill out the form presented to you. Most of the job forms are similar, so it may be worth your while at this point to copy the text of the job posting so that you can use it later (see step 5).
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 to post the job advertisement on multiple job sites in Google's directory. If you saved your text, this can be as easy as pasting it into a different service's 'Post a Job' form.

How to Earn Google Income from Home
1. Register for the Google Adsense program to begin building your extra income from home. You will be given a unique publisher ID from Google. This ID allows you to be paid a portion of the ad revenue that is generated from your online work. You will need your own blog or website in order to register.
2. Create online content that can generate income from home by starting a blog. Keep in mind that building up the popularity of a blog takes the most work as far as online income opportunities go. The ads published with your writing is how you are able to make money with Google.
3. Build a niche website to earn Google income from home. Niche websites take time to build up residual income. The key (which is the biggest challenge) is to find an untapped online market. The Google income could be pouring in, all while you are working from a home based business.
4. Watch the residual income slowly build up from your hard work. It takes several months to build up a steady amount of income. If you are willing to put the work in there are endless possibilities online. Blogs and niche websites can be a fun way to earn Google income from home.
How to Find Ad Content
1. Use established ad providers such as Google AdSense and Kontera for ad content. Apply for an account as a publisher to access contextual ads that will be relevant to the type of content you publish. Select from text, image and link advertising. Get paid on a cost-per-click basis (when site visitors click on ads), based on formulas set for Individual advertisers and Google, and monitor performance to improve your selection of ad content to display.
2. Explore alternatives to Google, such as AdBrite and Bidvertiser, that offer ad content ranging from major national brands to local retailers and service providers. Set a price for ad formats, including full-page ads, CPM banners, CPC banners, CPC content banner ads, inline text ads, banners with video and banners with 'pre-roll' or pop-up displays. Get ad content from AdBrite advertisers who accept your price and upload only the ads you approve.
3. Use text links if you want the ad content to be more discreet, such as for a blog or forum, where the written content should be the 'star.' Get ad content from one of the major ad content providers or a company like Text Link Ads.
4. Incorporate your own storefront or structure your site to feature product reviews and advertorial content along with banners, video and text ad content. Use this technique as a tactic if you want to keep other content 'pure,' void of ads, and let site visitors go to pages that include ad content willingly.
5. Explore programs such as Amazon's Webstore. Select products that target your site's visitors, such as books, apparel and electronics, to put on your site. Use this type of ad content to incorporate a retail aspect to your site without the need to set up an online storefront, shopping cart, credit card processing, shipping fulfillment and customer service.
6. Use affiliate advertising programs for ad content if your site is consumer-oriented and you sell products or services. Visit websites for companies such as Commission Junction to apply to become an approved affiliate. Explore the companies they represent to see if the offerings match your audience before spending the time to submit an application.
