How to Make Money with Social Link Building
1. Join some social link building websites. These sites include, but are not limited to, Xomba, She Told Me and Redgage. She Told Me pays you a good amount of the advertising on their site. Redgage only pays a penny for every 10 views or so, but backlinks are backlinks. Xomba is probably the best site to join to build links. They pay 50% of the adsense earnings, and they generate a good amount of views.
2. Don't be greedy with your link building. You will want to build links to content that is not just your own. These sites work a lot like non-paying social linking sites like Stumbleupon. You can't just post links to your own work or your content will never be seen. They do this to keep you honest. Share the love, comment on others work, and post links to interesting stories, and you will make out ok.
3. Allow your website or articles to age a little before posting a ton of links. A brand new article with a ton of inbound links will look suspicious to Google. This may cause Google to blacklist you and all your link building efforts will go to waste.
4. Make sure that you grammar is good. If you have poor grammar, it is unlikely that someone will click on the link you provide.
How to Make Money Online in Singapore
1. Sign up for web hosting and a domain name. Having your own host enables you to moderate your website however you like. Many free web hosts put their own limitations and advertisements on your website, so it is best to avoid them. Having your own domain name allows you to create your own internet persona and enables you to resell the website domain in the future.
2. Create your website. With the advent of Content Management Systems (CMS) the average Internet user can set up a website in minutes. For example, Wordpress is a free CMS that is famous for its five-minute installation. Content management systems allow you to build and moderate websites with flexibility and ease.
3. Sign up for advertising and affiliate programs like Amazon Associates and Google Adsense. These services allow you to place advertisements and affiliate links on your website, earning you a commission every time someone clicks an ad or purchases a product.
4. Place advertisements and affiliate links in or beside your website content. For example, a review about a laptop should have an Amazon affiliate link that leads to that laptop's web page. Google Adsense ads should be placed close to website content to catch the attention (and hopefully the interest) of a user, increasing your chances of a click.
5. Drive traffic to your website. No traffic means no revenue. You should get traffic by writing quality content and letting people know about it through social media sites like Digg and StumbleUpon. In addition, there are paid traffic sites that direct website visitors your way for a set fee.
How to Put an Ad on a Tumblr Webpage

See your affiliate account's 'Help,' 'Support' or 'FAQ' page if you need more information on this process.
2. Log in to your Tumblr account and click the 'Customize' link.
3. Click the 'Theme' option in the menu and then click the 'Use custom HTML' button.

How to Increase Your CTR
1. Find the best placement for the ad blocks on your site. If your website is informational, ads placed at the end of your content will perform very well. If your website is transactional (for instance, if your it provides product reviews to potential consumers), ads will work better when placed at the top of your site. Each website is different, so experiment and track your results to find the optimal balance for your site.
2. Reduce clutter on the page, particularly around the header. Streamlined, uncluttered pages statistically produce a dramatically higher CTR. Make navigation and important pages easy for visitors to access, but avoid the urge to add non-essential elements which are not central to your site's function or message.
3. Left-align your ad blocks. Website viewers process information from left to right, so placing your ads on the left will increase their visibility and perceived importance to visitors.
4. Try both text-based and image-based ads on your website to find which yields a better CTR. Avoid ad options which offer a mixture of text and images. Research shows that some websites perform better with text ads, and some with images. But very few websites achieve an optimal CTR by mixing the two.
5. Increase the width of your ad blocks. Wider ad blocks are more readable and easier for visitors to process.
6. Try both blended and contrasted color themes for your ad blocks. Some websites perform better when ad blocks stand out against the content, while others do better with ads that blend seamlessly into the text. Track your CTR for both a blended and contrasting approach to determine the best fit for your site.
